Returns & refunds.

• Everything has a 7-day window from delivery.
• If it arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we fix it and we pay the return courier.
• If you changed your mind, it must be completely unused and still sealed, and courier charges are yours.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+1 347 876 5788) or email (hello@fattysstore.pk) with your order number and clear photographs. We’ll organise a pickup and send a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return courier costs are on us.

Accepted within 7 days of delivery, only where the product is completely unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Once a product has been opened or used we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons — this applies to beauty products in particular.

On a change-of-mind return, courier charges are payable by you in both directions: the original delivery charge is not refunded, and the cost of returning the item is yours.

Prefer a swap? An unused, sealed item can be exchanged for something else in the catalogue instead of refunded — same 7-day window, same courier terms.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if that is faster or if the original method is unavailable. We process refunds within 7 days of the returned item reaching us, and there are no restocking fees.

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number — add photographs if the item arrived damaged.
2. We confirm the return and arrange the courier or share the return address.
3. We send the replacement or process the refund.
